guidelines. Images cannot be used to promote or sell any product or

other sales materials. We understand that you will give our company a credit

provides all of its business partners and satisfied customers with
an easy, three step process to link back to the
www.2macswebdesign.com site. All you need to do is read these terms,
send us an email explaining exactly how and where you are using
our logo, and select the
logo you wish to place on your site. Thank you for supporting
www.2macswebdesign.com.
LINK AGREEMENT TERMS
Upon your agreement to these terms and conditions, you
are allowed to download several
logos specifically designed for use in linking to the 2Macs Web
Design's Web site ("Link Logos").
- You may use the Link Logos for the sole purpose
of linking to 2Macs Web Design's Web site at www.2macswebdesign.com. You
must link directly to the home page at www.2macswebdesign.com, and not
to any other page on 2Macs Web Design's Web site or to any other Web
site. You may not frame or alter the appearance of the 2Macs Web
Design's Web site in any way. You agree not to use the Link Logos for
any other purpose.
- You agree not to alter the Link Logos in any
way, or to combine them with any other names, marks or logos.
- You agree not to use the Link Logos in any
manner likely to give the impression that you are affiliated with 2Macs
Web Design or that 2Macs Web Design has sponsored or endorsed your Web
site, products or services.
- You agree and acknowledge that this is not a
trademark license by which you are using the Link Logos to indicate the
origin or source of any product or service you offer.
- You agree and acknowledge that 2Macs Web Design
is the sole owner of all rights in the Link Logos, and that your use of
the Link Logos will inure to the benefit of 2Macs Web Design. You agree
not to adopt, use, register, or attempt to register anywhere in the
world any logo, trademark, service mark, trade name or domain name
confusingly similar to the Link Logos. You agree that you will not at
any time contest or challenge 2Macs Web Design's rights in the Link
Logos.
- 2MACS WEB DESIGN AND HOSTING INC.™ DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE LINK LOGOS, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY 2MACS WEB DESIGN
FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR
USE OF THE LINK LOGOS.
- 2Macs Web Design, in its sole discretion, may
terminate or modify your permission to use the Link Logos at any time.
You agree that upon 2Macs Web Design's termination of your permission to
use the Link Logos, you will immediately cease all further use of the
Link Logos and any other similar mark, name or logo.
By downloading any images signifies your understanding of
and agreement to these terms.
2Macs Web Design will grant qualified companies the right to
use the Powered by 2Macs Web Design logo on their Web site, provided that
the Web site is run by 2Macs Web Design products and/or services. 2Macs Web
Design and Hosting Inc.™ ("2Macs™, 2Macs Web Design™") is pleased to grant this
permission on the following terms and conditions.
LOGO USAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Your company represents and warrants that its Web
site is run by 2Macs Web Design products and/or services.
- 2Macs Web Design grants a non-exclusive,
non-assignable, limited trademark permission to use the Powered by 2Macs
Web Design logo only in connection with the purpose noted above.
- Unless sooner terminated by 2Macs as provided in
paragraph 5 below, this license will be in effect for a period of one year
from the date of execution and will be automatically renewed for
successive one-year terms as long as your company's Web site continues to
run on 2Macs Web Design's products and/or services.
- Your company agrees that 2Macs owns all rights in
the Powered by 2Macs Web Design logo and that it will not contest the
validity of 2Macs rights while or after this license is in effect.
- 2Macs Web Design, in its sole discretion, may
terminate this license immediately for any reason. Upon termination, your
company shall immediately cease all further use of the Powered by 2Macs
Web Design logo, or any other similar mark, name or logo, including
without limitation, any name or mark comprising the term "2Macs or 2Macs
Web Design."
- No other usage rights or licenses are granted
herein.
- 2Macs Web Design must approve all use of the
Powered by 2Macs Web Design logo prior to use. 2Macs Web Design also
requires adherence to usage guidelines 2Macs may provide from time to
time.
- Proper attribution to 2Macs Web Design is to be
used in all reproductions, in the following form: "2Macs™, 2Macs Web Design™
and Powered by 2Macs Web Design™ are trademarks of 2Macs Web Design and
Hosting Inc.™"
- Your company will indemnify and hold 2Macs
harmless against any claims, actions or demands resulting from or related
to its use of the Powered by 2Macs Web Design's logo.
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of
the United States of America.
