Can I use the mail for outgoing email (i.e. mail.my-domain.com)?
Yes! The server does support mail relay for those not able to use
their ISP's outgoing mail server. We use it all the time! For more

What is an "Auto-Responder? How does it work? Do I get one?

here. Using a Auto-Responder can be a great thing, when
someone sends you an email, instantly the server sends a return email to
them with the message of your choice. One example might be, "Thank
You For Contacting Us, We will get right back to you". And Yes,
each web design, domain and hosting client gets Auto-Responders. Set one
up for each email account!
Can users change their own email passwords?
For increased security the system allows only 1 administrative user,
which is probably you. We highly recommend not giving out your passwords
to anyone. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact

What's my username supposed to be?
Your user name is your entire email address, i.e.myname@mydomain.com.
You must type in the entire name.
